Terms and Conditions
of the "Hotel am Schloss" in Thun

We offer you a daily price. You can find the best deals here on our website, if you book directly at the hotel.

Prices are in CHF including VAT – for payments in Euros, the daily change rate will be applied.

We charge the city tax of Thun of CHF 3.50 per person per night separately.

Cancellations

For reservations, a credit card guarantee is required. Usually, a cancellation deadline of 24 hours applies before arrival.

In case of a late cancellation or no-show, we charge one night. Other cancellation deadlines may apply at fairs and other selected dates.

Garage

Parking in our garage is charged 15 CHF per night. We have a limited number of parking spaces in a private underground parking lot. Please make a reservation! Additional parking spaces are available in the nearby public parking garage “Parkhaus City Nord-Graben” at 15 CHF per night.
